My housemates and I live in a three bedroom unit downtown Toronto and are looking for a roomie to lease the primary bedroom to because I am relocating :(

Bills paid include wifi, hydro, water and building insurance which is approximately $130 per month.

The building is within walking distance to TTC streetcar and buses (501, 505, 506, 121). Walking distance to grocery stores such as FreshCo and NoFrills. And a 7 minute drive to Eaton Centre.

Required Documents: Letter of employment, Pay stubs and Credit check. *First and last month’s rent also required.

Housemates are looking for someone who is extremely clean, respectful of each others identities and space and can communicate effectively. If you end up being friends, amazing but recognize that not everyone would want this which is totally fine. A bit about my housemates:

Marie (29)’s work position is virtual. She loves cooking and working out. She is extremely neat and enjoys binge watching shows during the weekends.

My housemate, Katherine (26) also works in a hybrid model. She loves exploring restaurants, listening to music, watching tv series, visiting art galleries and museums and loves to read.
