One bedroom available in a townhouse, on the main floor is the living room and the kitchen, with all the appliances (air fryer, microwave,toast, blender etc) second floor have 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom the bedroom available have one queen bed, two nights stands, closet, recliner sofa a little desk tv , air conditioner and heater. The utilities are included on the rent, we have a small furbabys, so if you love pets, this could be a rigth place for you. Looking for a responsible, clean person. , no parties, no drugs, no sleepovers.

The townhouse is in a private, closed townhouse-only area (not gated, but quiet and very safe).

The rent is month-to-month, but if we’re both a good fit, we can definitely switch to a long-term agreement.
