Move in date can be earlier and discussed I am looking for two people or a couple to share the rent or one person that wants two bedrooms in a very bright fully furnished 900 sq ft apartment with plenty of storage. Completely self contained own kitchen, dining and living room. Only bed is needed as there are dressers and I can send several pictures. Close to 404 - Newmarket and all surrounding areas within 10-15min or less. Bus stop within viewing distance/parking for several cars Bungalow on a corner lot with surveillance cameras and full lighting surrounding entire house.

I’ve been in this area most of my life and this home in particular. There is one other man and a dog on the main floor but the person(S)that should live here will have own entrance and not need to have contact with dog in general.
