Though you can easily walk to any downtown destinations as well. The condo is 1174 sq ft. & the private room available measures 14.5’ x 9.2’ with a large window looking west, a double closet and it’s own washroom. There is a laundry within the unit, a great balcony with wonderful unobstructed west facing views, living room, dining room & kitchen will be shared with one other person (myself). I can provide bedroom furniture or you can bring your own furniture. High Speed Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime & ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED An underground parking space is available for an additional $200 per month. PREFER SINGLE OCCUPANT. Couples additional $250 per month.

I consider myself an easy going, fun loving person. I love exploring new places, going out to listen to live music and am an avid Lindy Hop & Balboa dancer. I do enjoy going out but I don’t bring the party back home after the bars close. I am considerate & mindful of my housemates. I cook at home most of the time and keep a clean shared space.
