Frost Road

I just finished a major renovation, so the house is pretty much brand new. It’s 20 mins south of Chilliwack (Garrison) on a dead end road, very quiet and surrounded by forest and blueberry fields. Great hiking nearby, just a five min drive to Cultus Lake. A fire pit and two decks. Lots of storage in the separate unfinished basement/laundry area. Two rooms are potentially available, either both as bedrooms or a bedroom/office combo. One has a bed already which may be available, or bring your own. Internet bandwidth is limited, enough for work and the odd movie but no gaming or constant streaming.

I own the house and am currently the only occupant. I am on the quieter side, but also enjoy good conversation and occasionally have friends over. I read a lot. I love being outside: hiking, paddling, sailing and a bit of climbing. My work is split between a home office and town. I keep a tidy house and I like everything in its right place. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker.
