Hi! We have one private room available, 5 min walk to the main Fanshawe campus. We are looking for someone to rent from May 1st 2026 until April 30th 2027. As we are all in our 20s, we prefer having someone around that age to live with us.

6 bed 4 bath and 2 kitchen, bedrooms are unfurnished and shared spaces will be furnished as a group. We are leaving one room as storage space. We have a large backyard, parking space, and we have 2 cats and one small dog who are sweethearts, because of this we ask for no more pets unless it is in a cage in your room (hamster, fish, etc.)

We have 3 people currently living here, all women in their early to mid 20s. We are super chill, love to have movie nights, share a couple of drinks, and cook together from time to time!

I work full time and the other two are students, leaving the house quiet during the day for studying or working from home. We are also fairly tidy people, no set up cleaning schedule, we just make sure to wash our dishes when dirty and sweep when needed :)

The other person moving in is a friend, a woman in her 20s also working full time!
