Ella's room

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to move into this room in my 2 bedroom, bright bsmt suite. You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The room would be unfurnished but most of the living space and kitchen will be fully furnished. No smoking or parties on property and no pets please! The landlords live on the separate floor above but are quiet and super helpful!

• Bus 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28 are all within a 5 to 15 minute walk
• UVIC is a 30 min walk or about a 10 minute bus ride via the 26
• One space for street parking just outside the house
• Access to backyard, patio space, and locked shed
• Washer and dryer on-site but is shared with the landlords

• Approx. $830 for May and June
• Approx. $850 for July and August

I’m a full time student in Geog & Envrio and love nature, baking, and athletics. I’m looking for an individual (preferably female and in their early 20s) who is clean/tidy, respectful and a bit quieter but doesn’t mind chatting when we’re both home.
