Everybody loves this place and comments on how beautiful and comfortable it is. The neighbourhood is ideal, close to the Commons, 2 minute walk to Atlantic Superstore, Canadian Tire and Shops. Steps away from many bus lines. A really homey street, 25 minutes walk to Dalhousie.

The rent for each room will be adjusted fairly to reflect double occupancy. You will enter into a clear and detailed contract as a Roommate with myself, the Primary Tenant. This contract is intended to protect the rights of all as well as the safe and quiet enjoyment of the home :)

A meal plan available upon request. Fresh home-cooked delicious food. I do all the cleaning and maintenance of shared space.

I’m an artist and educator, working from home for now. My cat is the best. I’m a clear, kind communicator and have a good sense of boundaries. I’m social but value alone time as well. My neighbours are great and we all prioritize a mutually respectful atmosphere.
