The place is really close to campus (<2min walk) across from the exam center. There is a Window in the room and full access to the kitchen. It’s in a house but it’s divided into apartments inside. Washer and dryer inside the house, shared with other units.

Everything else is included in the rent.

If you are going to smoke, it is preferred to be down outside.

There will be 2 other roommates for the term. Quiet, but nice roommates, both men. One is a student at the University of Toronto, the other is on a co-op term.
