Room for rent in beautiful Fleetwood area of Surrey, near fast bus to king George skytrain or Langley just off Fraser hwy. Home is also walking distance to 4 major grocery stores, drugstores, dollar stores, two fruit and vegetable retailers, etc. Room could be available Jan 1/2026 if necessary. Room is fully furnished. brand New double bed with a very comfortable mattress. There is a nice desk and chair for students or to do your make up.

There is tons of closet space for hanging clothes and also to house folded cloth items. internet included in room rental.. 32 inch TV included that hides in one of the two closets. You have your own beautiful bathroom, shower only. We shared washer and dryer, living area and kitchen. The home has a security system, alarm and is in a small gated community. Home is an end unit, no neighbours on one side bonus. There is a nice size private back yard, with lots of sunshine to relax and watch the sun set in the evenings. There is also a large covered deck that houses a complete workout Weider home gym and treadmill for your use.

There would be ability to park one vehicle in the driveway.

The home is newly renovated and cared for with pride by the only other roommate, the owner. Large green spare across from home. Fun outdoor Mexican theme will make you feel like you are on a holiday in Mexico opens up in the spring. Must be ok with a small non shedding 3.5 yrs old fixed male dog. The fast bus stop that takes you to king George skytrain station or Langley is just a two min walk from home No smokers please. This means not even off the premises due to allergies reasons. Home would be shared with one other female and owner of the home. I like to stay active by going for daily walks, working out and gardening. I am an early riser, who is quiet and works from home during the week days. Respect and quietness in the common areas during the weekdays while I working as required. I also have a part-time job in the evening. I have a small non shedding 3.5 yrs old dog.

Don’t do drugs, have an allergy to cigarette smoke I like to workout at home, Play games indoors or outdoors. I am love humour, nature and the outdoors. Bike rides. BBQ and cooking are some other past times. I’m try to be neat and tidy especially in the common areas.
