Your spacious bright bedroom has a ravine view, twin bed with high quality mattress, night table, desk and chair facing the ravine, 2 dressers ,clothing rack, high quality cotton linens, comforter, blankets and towels. The cook’s kitchen has all the appliances you think you need including an air fryer, microwave, juicer, and blender.

It’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the St Clair West Subway station and about 5 minutes to a bus. Enjoy the United Nations of great restaurants, a welcoming library, cafes and specialty stores. Walk to George Brown College. Casa Loma, and a beautiful ravine. (Walk score 88) 15-20 mins by TTC to hospitals, U of T, Kensington Market, Yorkville, Downtown (transit score 86) Bicycle anywhere including in the ravine. (bike score 85). Walk to gyms and Yoga studios, Dollarama, Loblaws and No Frills supermarkets, health food stores, farmer’s market, places of worship, walk in clinics, AND Salvation Army thrift store..

Just bring your suitcases. $1250.00 Incl utilities, WIFI, tenant insurance, Netflix. Shared cost of toilet and kitchen paper towels, cleaning products, cleaner (if needed)) and one water filter a month. Underground Parking $110 or park on site for $5 for 12 hours. The apt has a serene vibe. It’s my sacred space.

I am a semi retired Yoga and meditation teacher and now work for an Indian company. I am easy going, and fun loving. Work from home peeps are welcome especially if you can intervene when I’m in technology hell.LOL I welcome home prepared meals and of course I contribute for the cost of ingredients.
