You Must be reasonably neat, responsible, contribute to cleaning the apartment and be easy going. NO DRAMA!!  I’m open to a cat if you keep the litter box and the cat in your room OR to a small quiet dog if it’s kept in your room. Sorry no overnight visitors unless we discuss first. You’ll be staying in my bedroom and sharing common space with my dear roommate George who is easy going, responsible and a pretty good cook. I’ll be travelling.

Your spacious bright bedroom has a ravine view, double high quality mattress, night tables, dresser, closet, black out curtains, quality 100% cotton linens, a weighted blanket and towels. The cook’s kitchen has all the appliances you think you need including an air fryer, juicer, blender.

It’s an 8 to 10 minute walk to the St Clair West Subway station and 5 minutes to a bus. Enjoy a United Nations of great restaurants, a new welcoming library, cafes and specialty stores. Walk to George Brown College. Casa Loma, and a beautiful ravine. (Walk score 88) 15-20 mins to hospitals, U of T, Kensington Market, Yorkville, Downtown (transit score 86) Bicycle anywhere including in the ravine. (bike score 85). Public transit steps away.. Walk to gyms and Yoga studios, Dollarama, Loblaws and No Frills supermarkets, health food stores, farmer’s market, a new library, places of worship, walk in clinics.

Just bring your suitcases. Incl utilities, WIFI, insurance included. Underground Parking $110 or park on site for $5 for 12 hours. The apt has a serene vibe. It’s my sacred space. PLEASE NOTE. MY ROOM is available from Nov 21 to Mid May. My lovely roommate George will be leaving when I return so you can move across the hall to his room upon my return. His room has a single bed, is fully furnished with a ravine view and is cheaper. AND you can stay there as long as you like. Take care.
