I’d like someone who works outside of home. Must be reasonably neat, responsible, contribute to cleaning the apartment and be easy going. I’m happy to share meals and hang out watching TV with you. NO DRAMA!!  I am a semi retired Yoga and Meditation teacher and work in the living room. I’m open to a cat if you keep the litter box and the cat in your room OR to a small quiet dog if it’s kept in your room. Sorry no overnight visitors unless we discuss first.

Your spacious bright bedroom has a ravine view, single high quality mattress, desk, night table, dressers, large closet, black out curtains, quality 100% cotton linens and towels. The cook’s kitchen has all the appliances you think you need including an air fryer, juicer, blender, apt size washer spin dryer and drying rack.. 

It’s an 8 to 10 minute walk to the St Clair West Subway station and 3 minutes to a bus. Enjoy a United Nations of great restaurants, a new welcoming library, cafes and specialty stores. Walk to George Brown College. Casa Loma, and a beautiful ravine. (Walk score 88) 15-20 mins to hospitals, U of T, Kensington Market, Yorkville, Downtown (transit score 86) Bicycle anywhere including in the ravine. (bike score 85). Public transit steps away.. Walk to gyms and Yoga studios, Dollarama, Loblaws and No Frills supermarkets, health food stores, farmer’s market, a new library, places of worship, walk in clinics.

Just bring your suitcases. November 15th (somewhat flexible). Incl utilities, WIFI, insurance. There’s an additional $50 per month for a cleaner for common spaces , toilet paper, cleaning products and water filters. Underground Parking $110 or park on site for $5 for 12 hours. The apt has a serene vibe. It’s my sacred space.

I’ve had 3 lovely roommates in 18 months. One young woman who reluctantly moved back to Calgary. A 21 year old Parisian man who was here on a 6 month visa and a mature Mexican woman. We got along really well. Mutual respect. I miss them.
