No gatherings, frequent overnight guests, strong scents, or smoking/vaping in the apartment.

I am a female living in the other room. I work full time. I am very quiet and keep to myself. I don’t smoke or drink. What you see in the photos is how I keep the apartment - it is very clean and clutter-free, and I am looking for a female roommate who shares the same habits and values.

I have a lap cat that is a total sweet heart. He is trained to do tricks and sleep with me every single night.
