1 unfurnished bedroom with shared bathroom available for rent in 3rd floor of apartment building. Building has available 1 parking stall, coin laundry and is located near the south side Safeway but has no elevator. No additional pets allowed as I already have two dogs. Building is non smoking, cannabis allowed on balcony.

Working professional with two large dogs. I spend a lot of time at home so looking for someone that I can get along with or that isn’t home a lot. I work a Monday to Friday 9-5 so quiet hours would be 10pm-7am on weekdays. Prefer someone that keeps to themselves and is tidy.
