Mel's room

Looking for roomies to share my place with me. This is the first of two! If listing is up, it’s still available. Currently has a double bed but can easily fit a queen, if you prefer to furnish it yourself.

10 min walking distance from Locke and all that offers, or 10 min the other direction from Hess, etc. Easy to get to/from McMaster (7 min drive or 10 min transit), or to Toronto. Detached, overlooks a ravine, place has a big backyard to hang out in.

Utilities included. Common areas come furnished, bedroom can be furnished as well. Central AC/Heat. Dishwasher. Laundry. Plenty of space to work/live in.

I am a researcher/phd student, I’m pretty quiet, work from home/coffee shops and go into Toronto quite a bit where my lab is located. I also travel a lot for work so this is an ideal arrangement for people who like alone time!

I’m queer and trans, so keeping this in mind when gauging fit. In terms of the living space - we’d probably get along best if we’re similarly tidy! I’m putting 6 months as the maximum amount of time but I’m flexible.
