The room (Patrician Village) is in a semi-furnished 2-bedroom apartment which is located near the University of Calgary and Foothills Hospital (a 12-minute and 9-minute walk respectively).

Great location for students and/or hospital staff!

The room for rent itself is unfurnished and has a window view and closet. The apartment unit has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a shared bathroom with temperature-controlled water, and laundry is located on the basement floor of the building (card operated). Looking for a roommate (preferably a student) share the place with.

Rent is $900 per month (bills and utilities such as water, internet, and electricity included in the price).

I’m a 2nd-year undergrad student at the University of Calgary majoring in Economics. I like to keep tidy in the place (to a reasonable extent) but other than that I’m pretty chill. My hobbies include watching movies, listening to music, and playing video games.
