One bedroom with separate bathroom included in the rental. Living room, kitchen and dining amenities are all free to be shared space. Curtains installed for the windows and closet space is available in the room. The condo complex has 24h/7 security, gym, pool, squash courts and other recreational privileges. The building is right across from STC and in close proximity to grocery stores, public transit, shoppers, starbucks and restos.

Hii! Im a working professional and studying in healthcare and work onsite 2 days out of the week and rest from home. Im super friendly, patient and accommodating :) Not a smoker, socially do drink, the building doesn’t allow for pets so not a pet owner.

I do like my home to be zen and positive and hope to find a roommate that desires the same energy. I do keep to myself most of the time due to my busy work schedule and usually need quiet to gain back energy and respect my roommate’s bubble as well. I am considerate and kind if there is any concern and am open to figuring out a good flow for both of us.

In my spare time and to decompress, I enjoy working out/hot yoga and spending time with family and friends.
