I have a large basement available including a bathroom, living room and large bedroom including a walk in closet! Rent starts at $900 plus utilities each month which vary from $30 to $100. The house is located in MardaLoop which is about 7 minutes from Mount Royal University (which is where I go to school!) and as well only about 7 minutes from down town!:)

It’ll be just me returning next year! I am 20 years old and am majoring in Psychology at Mount Royal University, I love anything outdoors and can’t wait to meet new friends!
