Hello! I currently am renting a 2 bedroom + Den main floor suite in a beautiful character home in city park. Looking to rent out my second bedroom. Please no pets as I already have two cats. All utilities included and usage of backyard also laundry in building. Must be a clean, friendly and employed roommate. Please reach out if interested!

I am only person living in the suite. I have two loving cats and I work full time. I like to cook and bbq and relax at home. This area is awesome as right near the river so great if you enjoy walks. Close to downtown and university. I am looking for a friendly and clean roommate who loves animals. If this sounds like you I’d love to go for coffee and see if this could work!!
