And with on-site laundry, you’ll never have to worry about trekking to the laundromat again! Whether you’re a student or a working professional, our house is the perfect place for you. With a large fully-equipped kitchen, two comfy living spaces and a beautiful backyard, you’ll have everything you need to relax and unwind. You will only need to share the common space with 2 other people so come join our little family, we can’t wait to meet you! Also included is two kitties, Simba and Nala who are very chill but therefor I will not be accepting any more fur friends at this time. This room is unfurnished for $650. All utilities included! LGBTQ+ or female preferred but open to all as long as you maintain a safe space for all 💕
