-Beautiful recently updated property in west DALHOUSIE NW, close to UNIVERSITY of Calgary, Foothills Hospital, Alberta Children’s Hospital, SAIT, walking distance to public transit. Availability:

a) 1 bedroom available UPSTAIRS of 2nd storey house @ $650/month. 5 months term (Jan 1-May 31 2024).

b) There is a possible availability of the master bedroom with own private half bath available Jan 1 or Feb 1, 2024, as I am waiting for the current tenant to provide notice. If this is available it will be $750/month.

-RENT IS ALL INCLUSIVE OF UTILITIES, WIFI INTERNET, FURNITURE (desk, chair, single bed with mattress cover).

-The pictures provided are examples of rooms in this house. The rooms are typically at least 100 sq feet in size.

-Each room is secured by a lock and key provided to you, with a common keyless entry. You will SHARE two large living rooms, kitchen (landlord provides some dishes, pans, utensils), kitchen storage, 2 full bathrooms on main and upper level, free onsite laundry and garbage disposal, free street parking, beautiful large backyard. Master bedroom get their own half bath in addition to the two full.

-There will be up to 4 MALE roommates, who are students/working professionals, sharing 1720 square feet of space, on the main and upper level of the house. As such, we prefer this type of crowd, who are clean, quiet and considerate. The house has a chill, friendly and inclusive environment; we would like to keep it that way.

-You will share disposal of the garage duties, and in the winter snow shoveling (thin strip of walkway), in rotation with your other roommates. No parties, drugs, smoking and cannabis inside the house. Sorry no pets.

-Tenancy agreement required. Security deposit equivalent to one month of rent.

There will be up to 4 roommates, who are a mix of quiet and considerate males 20-30 y.o. who are students/working professionals, sharing 1720 square feet of space, on the main and upper level of the house. As such, we prefer young working professionals or students, who are quiet and considerate, who we believe will be the best fit for this crowd. The house has a chill, friendly and inclusive environment; we would like to keep it that way.
