Beautiful house located 15 minute walk from the c-train and major shopping center. I like this house because it sits in a cul-de-sac and is peaceful - especially with all the birds that greet you in the morning. The available room on the top floor along with the separate full bathroom. I am a student who is constantly studying and working on getting my undergrad done, so the house will be peaceful and calm most times. Mutual respect in communication is essential when having people over. This place is perfect for an older student, or anyone wanting to explore Canada from overseas.
