I have a fully furnished, large bedroom for rent in my home. The bedroom is on the second floor of my spacious house. Two bathrooms in the house, however only one upstairs that we will have to share. The house sits on half an acre. Has a paved driveway with room for parking. The property is about 12-15 mins from Charlottetown. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly neighbours. The Confederation trail is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house. You can have shared use of the whole house with me. There’s a living room with a tv, a sitting room with a wood stove, dining room, and large kitchen. It’s a sweet country home. All amenities will be included in the rent, (wifi, electricity, heat). You will not be expected to mow the lawn, or clear the driveway, etc. However, I would ask that you keep the house tidy, and be responsible for your belongings. I may ask you to pee or feed the dog if I can’t get home from time to time. My house is a smoke free, drug free home. No pets unfortunately, as the house already belongs to Charlie my golden retriever.

She’s very affectionate and hairy, so you must love dogs! I’m a busy professional and quiet, so I’m looking for someone who is similar. I’m pretty easy going, I just ask that you respect the space, my belongings and Charlie of course. During my down time I love to cook/bake, and just lounge around at home.
