15A Street Southwest

Hey ALL!

Sadly my Aussie mate is heading off to the UK so I have a room available with his furniture still in it. He only bought his bed at ikea 7 months ago so very new. Queen size with bedframe and matching dresser too. Also happy to get rid of the furniture if you have your own.

The price includes everything! All bills including cable and internet. We have an elevator and street parking. The unit is on the top floor and is a corner unit so no neighbours above and only on one side. It’s very nice and quiet, I am also pretty clean so would like to live with someone who is the same. The apartment is in Marda Loop on 15A St just down the street from the Trop.

I am a 36 year old server that works downtown so my hours are always varied but I work a lot of nights and weekends. I also have an awesome little 9 year old staffy X who I brought back from Australia with me and he is the best roomie. Unfortunately he isn’t great with other dogs or pets so this can only be a one pet household. Sometimes I’ll need help feeding him dinner while I’m work so would like someone who is happy to live with a dog!
