Looking for a short term roommate (3-6 months). Unfurnished room for rent with your own bathroom (not an ensuite). Huge walk in closet with shelving on all sides. South facing with large windows, allowing plenty of natural sunlight. A/C in the summer months. All utilities included, fastest WIFI too. In-suite laundry with full-size washer and dryer. You will have access to use my BBQ or the building has ones that are available for free use as well. No other pets allowed in the unit.

Tons to access just steps from the front door- rec center, grocery store, some restaurants, and more! There are tons of walking trails and parks nearby if you like to keep active. There is a bus stop just outside of the building, as well as tons of street parking! Community room on main floor, available for rent for private events or just to hang out in during the days. Building is smoke free.

I work remotely and go to school online, so I tend to be quite busy and on my computer a lot. In my downtime, I like to stay active with the gym and hot yoga. I also like having lazy days on the couch or patio with movies or a good book. I have a cat that is my absolute world. He is very chill and cuddly as he is getting old. I can be social, but enjoy my alone time too. Not big into partying, drinking etc.

Looking for a like-minded roommate. Hoping to find someone I get along with. We don’t need to be best friends, but I also don’t want us to be strangers! It would be nice to hang out every so often or cook some meals together.
