Mohammad's room

This is a furnished 2 bedroom ground floor unit that is available for a short term lease/sublet. The length of the tenancy is negotiable but I have a 3-4 month term in mind (the latest end date would be the beginning of winter).

The location is in downtown Hull close to several bus lines, the interprovincial bridges, and amenities (restaurants/cafes, pharmacies, etc.). The location is walkable but parking is available.

Occupancy is negotiable but I have selected June 1 as the current tenant will be leaving on May 15 and I intend to do some maintenance work prior to the new tenancy.

The unit will come with two beds (one is currently unassembled in the photos but will be reassembled), a sofa, a tv, a dresser, and a dining set. The is a washer and dryer within the unit. Utilities are included in the price (water, electricity, internet).

There will be no roommates (unless you choose to have them). If you choose to have roommates I would ask that you assume responsibility for them as the primary tenant.
