I have a second floor nice private room 10’x11’ with 2 closets. Fully furnished including bed, night stand, dresser, large screen tv, table and chair, mini fridge and microwave. Shared bathroom with one person, laundry in house.

I am a single older female with 2 dogs, I am self employed working from the main floor of the house with a bedroom and office on the second floor. There is an older male tenant living in the basement level of the house with his little dog.
