Room for rent in home occupied by owner. There are 4 other rooms rented out in my home and living with me. Quiet respectful group of people. There is a 3 piece bathroom on the second floor and also a 2 piece bathroom on the main floor. Rent includes utilities, wifi and full use of kitchen and laundry. Parking is also available. Pets are negotiable.

There is a 19 year old couple sharing a room on the second floor which is where room for rent is also located. Also on this floor is a 65 year old male who is gone for work from May to October Monday through Friday and home only on weekends during the season. On the main floor is a 44 year old male and a 52 year old male. I am the owner a female and am in my fifties and I also live on this floor. As already mentioned there is a very quiet respectful group of people living in my home.
