The furniture and some fixings have changed since the photos. The bedroom can come furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser, or unfurnished. Your choice. We have a room in our condo available to rent. This includes all utilities, internet, basic cable, as well as a house cleaner bi-weekly. I live with my two daughters ages 6 and 3. We have our own bathroom, but use the bathtub in the main bathroom. I would make sure to clean it out immediately after use. There is a roof top patio with planter boxes and room for more if you enjoy gardening. We are a close walk to 17th Ave and transit. There is visitor parking if you have a car. However, that parking is first come first serve so sometimes you would need to find street parking. We have in suite laundry. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Flexible on rent. Ideal for a student or professional.

I am a teacher and my two daughters are in kindergarten and daycare. We are clean and tidy and for the most part go to bed early. We are all out of the house for work and school Monday-Friday as well as some evenings with extra curricular activities.
