I am looking for one other person to share my grandfathered in rent for this ~1100 sqft 3 bedroom apartment. This means there will only be you and I in the unit where the 3rd bedroom be a guest bedroom for both of our occasional guests. (Historically, my international roommates will have their parents that stay with us when they visit. Or I have out of town friends from stay with us occasionally)
Your room is unfurnished but can be if you prefer.
Rent will be $1130 + utilities. This unit is on the top floor in an older building in the North Burnaby area. Utilities is ~$85/month
We are located right on the Bee-Line R5 bus stop that comes every 5-10min. This bus takes you from SFU Campus straight into Downtown, Vancouver. We are also close to Holdom Skytrain Station with many other bus options. There is a designated stall parking that comes with the unit plus a ton of street parking.
Hello! My name is Carrie and I’m a working professional in my 30s. My current roommate is moving out to unite with her family, so, I’m on the hunt for another roommate.
I am a clean and tidy person who cooks most of the meals at home as I work from home. I do value a clean common space and am looking for someone who shares a similar mindset. I am an extrovert who is getting older so I like people and quiet space at the same time lol. Having people over once in a while would be amazing and we do have a furnished 3rd bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room for guests to stay over if they need to crash or family/friends visit. Ideally, I hope to find someone that we can hang out from time to time. But of course, if you prefer your own time most of the time, I’d respect that.
Move-in date is idea starting Jan 01st with flexibility up to March 01, 2026, with priority given to ideal potentials renters. Long term rental only.
No pets though as it is not permitted in the building.
