Kelsey's room

I am a 29-year-old, female, professional currently renting a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in McKenzie Towne and I am looking for a roommate. Rent would be $1000/month (utilities included) and it is available anytime in July.

The bedroom has a very large walk-in closet and is currently partially furnished with a queen bed but this could be moved if you wanted to bring your own bed. There is a bathroom outside your room that would be yours to use, as I have my own en suite. It is a large home with spacious common areas on the main floor, as well as a backyard and a detached garage that you would be able to park in. There is also plenty of storage space in the unfinished basement.

I am looking for a clean, quiet, responsible, person who is also comfortable with animals as I have 2 large dogs and 1 cat. It would be ideal if I could find someone who works from home or could be around to let my dogs out when I have long days at work but this is not a necessity. Unfortunately I cannot take any additional pets :(
