Master bedroom of a three bedroom apartment is available for rent (single occupant) in a 900 sq ft apartment. It is close to SFU burnaby (8 minutes bus) with many amenities within walking distance.

The rent is inclusive - Hydro, heat, internet, dishwasher, blender, and household supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, dish soap, and hand soap)

Share common area one with person. Room C is not going to be occupied, but it can turn into a dedicated home office for separate arranagement.

the room has been furished with a double bed and mattress, and i can add additional furniture if needed.

The apartment does not allow dog and smoking is strictly prohibited.

Available in June, you may be able to move in sooner if needed. Deposit is half of the rent. Please introduce yourself and what you are looking for.
