Looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed, 2 bath condo with starting in June or July 2023. Located a 1 minute walk from the Vaughan Subway station. You would have your own room with an attached private full bathroom and access to a full wrap around balcony and an in-unit and dryer in the unit.

You must be okay with cats as I have one (very sweet, very chill) cat who lives in the apartment with me.

Asking for $1200 + half of the utilities which would be approximately $75 each per month. Internet is included in the rent.

It would only be you and I! I’m pretty quiet and easy going. I work from home most days but do commute downtown for work a few days a week. I’m definitely a homebody but like going downtown for shows, dinners, etc.
