Then to midtown Yonge/Eglinton station in 15 minutes. *5 minutes walk to TTC bus stop. *Direct Bus to Broadview Subway 25 mins, further to Downtown Yonge & Bloor Subway/colleges/universities total 35/45 mins. * 7/10 minutes by bus or 15 mins. walk to grocery, coffee, doctors, pizza, pharmacy, library and other shopping.
*Preferably day time student / professional. *No smoking/marijuana, vaping, drugs, addictions, partying, pets, and no loud noise, phone, TV, music etc. *Single occupancy - no sharing, guests, parties, sleep-ins. *Vegetarians preferred. *There is no space for personal furniture.
Currently one CPA (Male) and other Admn. Assistant (Female), live in other rooms. The roomies are quiet, have their own activities and are very non-intrusive. Yet they are friendly, approachable, cheerful, and respectful. We live here more like friendly office colleagues, respecting one another’s schedules and privacy.
My hobbies are travel, hikes, trails, exploration of cities/nature, trying eateries/coffee, online reading, performing arts, singing, & languages. There is European and Latin American art, and travel literature in this decorated place. I am usually busy in weekdays, but happy for chat, coffee or local guidance, on weekends, time permitting, and only if and when you so prefer.
