Well furnished, bright and clean room in a green, relaxed, and quiet neighbourhood with top scenic views, among the best in city. Close to many Don valley scenic trails for hiking, biking or walking. Suits a full time student for living, studying, relaxing and enjoying the scenic neighbourhood.

Not far from downtown. 30-40 minutes transit time to downtown, universities, colleges from door. 6 minutes walk to TTC, 10/15 minutes walk to library, grocery, coffee, doctors, pharmacy, pizza and other shopping. Convenience store, gym, swimming pool, washing is downstairs.

Furnishings include a bed, mattress, study table, chair, rest-chair, mirror, bedside small table, Internet, TV, small fridge with freezer, shoe-rack, ironing board, large book shelf, closet, table lamps (2), carpeted floor, cloth hangers, curtains and decorative items. Please also feel free to use all crockery, cutlery, utensils and cleaning soaps in kitchen.

It is a clean, smoke/vape, drugs and pet free accommodation and is for quiet living for benefit of all busy occupants. No noise, loud music, parties, overnights, stays please. We are not looking for company, but are friendly and are available to chat or to provide local guidance to those out of Toronto.

Currently 2 male well educated professionals (Father and son) live. One young and one middle aged. We are busy with own respective activities and are non-intrusive, however We are friendly and available to chat or help when free.

My (Father) interests include travel which is mainly Europe focused; walking, hiking, healthy cooking, performing arts, learning languages, and impressionists paintings. I speak a bit of Spanish and Mandarin.
