Hi there!! We’re looking for one female (single occupancy) to join our busy little family in our 4 bedroom home. The house is beautifully furnished and your room comes with a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and plenty of storage. Your room is located in the freshly renovated, dugout basement. The house is located in the Beaches neighbourhood. Internet comes with tenancy. Shared bathroom with lots of storage and GREAT water pressure.

The space of basement, main floor and all the amenities included: full kitchen, bathtub, rec room, living space and backyard. Utilities are included. Street parking available through the city. Unfortunately even though we are a dog and cat friendly home, because we have a dog, we’re not able to take in additional pets.

We are steps away from Loblaws, restaurants, and Victoria Park Subway Stn. We are a ten minute walk from the from the Beach. A semi-attached house. Neighbours are very friendly and quiet.

I’m a mom of two amazing kids 11 and 14, a quiet and polite dog. We are a very busy family out and about most of time. We hope to find someone who will enjoy their space, will also compliment our fun and we can get to know while staying with us.
