About the room
Available June 1st onwards. Please note it’s single person occupancy only. Preferably girls or working professional women but professional boys are also free to apply.
The room will come furnished with a queen-sized bed, chair, table, dresser, mirror and two closets. TV and small fridge can be provided at request.
The nearest major intersection is Kenilworth and Main Street. Convenient walk to bus stops, direct buses on most routes to Mohawk College and McMaster University. 10-15min walking distance to Walmart, Metro, The Centre on Barton Mall and many other grocery stores and shops.
The rent includes all utilities and a very high-speed Internet.
Parking is street parking which is free in winters and summers both (no need of permit). First and last month’s rent is required when moving in and then it’s month to month.
It’s a tenanted property. Means only tenant occupied but a respectful and peaceful environment is maintained at all times.
About the roomies
Your room is private. You will share upstairs level and washroom with two other girls. Kitchen is on the main floor. You will have to share kitchen with more tenant.
