Private studio unit in basement with private bathroom and small kitchenette (small fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker). Shared entrance and laundry. Bed is a day bed that acts as a second couch.

One minute walk Main Street Subway and 5 mins to GO train. You can be into Union Station or University of Toronto within 20-25 mins! Also accessible to Durham College via GO train

Close to walking trails, the beach, grocery store, other amenities.

Looking for females only as some common shared space (entrance, backyard and laundry room). I do have a dog that you will see from time to time

The subway is so close there is a light sound of the trains but so light you get used to it in no time.

About me: I am an easy going, young professional (female). I work from home in upstairs office which is separate from space. I like to be social and have people over to enjoy the backyard in the summers - however by no means a partier. I have a friendly Goldendoodle so must like dogs. All I ask is that you are careful with the gate and door.
