Private studio in basement with private bathroom and small kitchenette (fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker)

Shared entrance and laundry. Double bed, small couch and tv

One minute walk Main Street Subway and 5 mins to GO train. You can be into Union Station or University of Toronto within 25 mins! Also accessible to Durham College via GO train

Close to walking trails, the beach, grocery store, other amenities

Looking for females only as some common shared space (entrance, backyard and laundry room). I do have a dog that you will see from time to time

About me: I am an easy going, young professional (female). I work from home in upstairs office which is separate from space. I like to be social and have people over to enjoy the backyard in the summers - however by no means a partier. I have a friendly Goldendoodle so must like dogs. All I ask is that you are careful with the gate / door.
