Chilco Road

This is a room in a shared house. One and a half bathrooms shared between 3 people. Available June 1. The video shows furniture but it comes unfurnished. Rent is $900 which includes all utilities and wifi.

The house is a lovely newer house near Thetis lake. You would be sharing the kitchen, living space and yard with four other roommates. We are all respectful and friendly and easy to live with. We have a friendly community feel, but we mostly do our own thing, we don’t really plan activities together. Three roommates share 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

The kitchen is kept clean as a default, and it is expected that everyone cleans up right after using the kitchen. We have two large fridges, so lots of fridge space. There is a schedule for chores and everyone contributes to keeping the house tidy and clean.

My name is Debbie and I have the lease for the house. The rooms are rented on a month to month basis. I run a small daycare out of the home. There will be up to four children between Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 to 5:00. So you need to be ok with children! I will pay for a Criminal Record check for all roommates, as required by licensing.

The quiet hours in the house are between 10-7. Looking for someone who is quiet during those hours. The house is very quiet at night.

There is parking in the driveway. The garage is available for bike storage, and potentially for workout equipment if that is something you want.

We are friendly and easygoing people who are tidy and take responsibility for keeping the house clean.
