I have a 1000’ square foot house. Is located in northeast Winnipeg. . We share the entire house all amenities. A block from many many bus stops if you don’t drive to get you anywhere in Winnipeg. First month is free.

You will be responsible for keeping the house running.

I’ve had a severe injury do my right arm and I have difficulty doing what I used to be able to do.

Check the photos you will understand two surgeries in a year and a half of physio.

Because of the Injury I need to organize my house and I’m downsizing contents.

Rent is free the 400 is for utilities electricity water insurance etc in exchange for light house keeping duties. The same things if you had your own place. 4 hours a week plus extra time as things come up.

We also split share meal preparation/bulk cooking and food costs. Half of what we spend.

We will do a pre-interview over the phone kind of a meet and greet.

It’s just me living here with my Two cats.

Everything can be negotiated. I’m sharing a residence we both save. I’m single and live alone.
