About the room

I have a 1000’ square foot house. Is located in northeast Winnipeg. . We share the entire house all amenities. A block from many many bus stops if you don’t drive to get you anywhere in Winnipeg.

We also split share meal preparation/bulk cooking and food costs. Half of what we spend.

We will do a pre-interview over the phone kind of a meet and greet.

About the roomies

It’s just me living here with my cat.

Cat is not allowed in your room space. Locked out from the basement area. Lives on the main floor.

Everything can be negotiated. We share a residence we both save.
