About the room
I have a 1000’ square foot house. Is located in northeast Winnipeg. . We share the entire house all amenities. A block from many many bus stops if you don’t drive to get you anywhere in Winnipeg.
We also split share meal preparation/bulk cooking and food costs. Half of what we spend.
We will do a pre-interview over the phone kind of a meet and greet.
Current roommate is going remove leftover contents musical instruments etc, clean up, go over the entire thing and prep it for a new roomie.
Need a little time.
About the roomies
It’s just me living here with my Two cats. Make that one now passed. Cats are not allowed in your room space. They are locked out from the basement area. They live on the main floor.
Everything can be negotiated. I’m sharing a residence we both save. I’m single and live alone.
