Street parking available. If you have some items to be stored this can be arranged. Wifi is included. No pets, no smokers, drugs or substance users. No sublets or guest stays are allowed. This is not a party house; you will be expected to come and go quietly. Foul language is not tolerated. No home-based businesses are permitted. Quiet hours 10 p to 8 a. This also means that the majority of kitchen and laundry activities should be concluded no later than 10 pm.
