Building lobby has a concierge so that you won’t have to worry about missing deliveries. There is also a small gym available to residents. Underground parking is potentially available at extra cost.

In-suite washer and dryer available. Hardwood floors and balcony access. Condo living area is mostly furnished. Bedroom will be unfurnished.

You’ll have your own bathroom, so that’s always nice. Not en-suite though.

Utilities not included in rent, but internet is available to be shared. HVAC central heating and air conditioning.

Independent writer/filmmaker/artist, male. Maybe a little pretentious, but certainly non-judgmental. Non-smoker but 420-friendly, though I think the condo frowns upon it. Don’t mind pets, but I believe the landlord is not allowing it for the rental property.
