I don’t have any animals, but the building allows them under 35lbs, you’ll just have to pay the deposit and monthly fee (25$/mo I believe). There’s WIFI, we’ll split the cost. We pay hydro. Move in date in somewhat negotiable for sometime after the end of June.

I’m a mid 30’s female, very active, studious, and relaxed. I don’t like a mess, but I’m not a clean freak. I spend most of my time studying, listening to music, working as a Physiotherapist, or doing meditation/reading. I’m quite an upfront, candid person.
