My home has a lot of privacy and at the same time we will always be around to support.

Sharing room with 2 standard twin beds beside the study desk table with lamp and double closet. Optional, double room for a single person or couple or friends. It is on the ground floor and has private big washroom, kitchenette, small dining table with TV, extreme Wife internet which no interruption while using for their study and for their personal use. It’s south-facing with lots of natural sunlight and with a great view of the garden.

We are close to many schools, restaurants, malls, beaches, lakes, bus station and skytrain. Our house is very convenient and accessible to the bus station, skytrain and anywhere your school in lower mainland.

Hello, my name is Olivia, I’m working from home as IT Consultant, and my husband is machine operator, I have 2 sons, my 1st son is 4th year in Nursing (KPU) & 2nd son is 1st year in Nuclear Medicine (BCIT). We are leaving in the main house. The homestay has a lot of privacy because it’s an extention of my main house. We will not sharing with the students, someone or homestay but still always be around to support your needs.
