1. Private : $1600 with own private big washroom and with own private small kitchen(refrigerator, stove, microwave etc.) and private small dining table.
2. Sharing : $1800 with 2 standard twin beds with own private big washroom with own private small kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave etc.), private small dining table. Located in the ground floor and It’s south-facing with lots of natural sunlight and with a great view of the garden.
3. Sloop private room $650 with single bed with modern study desk table with lamp and closet boxes. The Bathroom, kitchen shared with host/family. Available on Dec. 16, 2025

The gazebo and small rest house at our fenced-in-backyard can be use for study area, retreat, picnic or relaxation at free cost.

Homestay is close to shops and restaurants. Well-maintained, safe and quiet street, convenient to public transportation and easy freeway access.

From our house is short walking distance about 2-4 minutes to bus station and close to Scott Road Skytrain Station, Surrey Central Station and Newton Exchange Bus Station. My house is very convenient and accessible to the bus station, Skytrain and anywhere in the lower mainland.
