Centre a Street NE

I rent this whole house month to month at the moment. I live in the basement and a couple lives upstairs. They are moving out so id like to replace them. The kitchen is shared (I rarely use it) and \i have my own fridge downstairs. Laundry is also shared and located in the basement. Upstairs has two bedrooms one bath a living room and the kitchen. There’s a huge yard and a small garage that might fall down at any moment, good for storage tho

Im a coach at the University of Calgary and I work at a brewery down the street from the house. I would call myself quiet and pretty easy to live with.
