Home is close to community centre, library, shopping plazas, gym, parks, and bus routes. Square One and Sheridan College is a 6 min drive, UTM is 17 min Dr, and Pearson Airport 20 min Dr.

Smoking is not permitted inside and pets are not allowed due to people with allergies.
