Clean and modern home located in Marda Loop. Walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. The room is in the lower level/ basement, furnished or not, walk in closet, and your own full bathroom. The house has a large kitchen and common areas (entertainment in the basement, open main level with kitchen/ living and dining), laundry, on the second level. There is plenty of street parking, however we are willing to negotiate garage parking.
We are small busy family with a super cute and friendly parson terrier. We are ok with another dog. We are in and out but right now work remotely from home. Busy on the weekends and after school. The teens are gone to university and the one left behind is quiet. We have the occasional dinner party with our parents who are all over 70 and 80. FUN!
