Room for rent in house in Canmore, available January 1st for a single person, no couples. Two other roommates share the house. The bedroom is furnished with a twin mattress. There is a washer/dryer located inside the closet the other roommates will need access to once per week. Located in the family friendly Neighbourhood of Avens/Canyon Close on the sunny side of the valley. Separate entrance leads you into this two level split suite. The ground level houses the bedrooms with large windows. The second level leads to the basement with in slab heating where you will find a full size kitchen and large generous living area. This suite features a ton of storage closets, hardwood flooring, and landscaped yard. This is a quiet adult building. This is a non smoking unit and property, sorry no pets of any kind. Proof of employment needs to be provided, damage deposit is one months rent due at time of signing. Length of lease negotiable, minimum 4 months, up to 1 year. Utilities are $150/month flat rate.
