The only spaces you’d need to furnish are your private bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Rent Commencement Date: December 1st, 2025 Term: 12 Months Location: King St W & Blue Jays Way. Monthly rent is $1550 for the bedroom (roomie would have their own washroom as well)
