Main floor areas of the house are newly renovated, and property also has a in-ground 32’x16’ saltwater pool. Located close to the downtown core, and adjacent to the Marina and HH Knoll Park. Comes fully-equipped, right down to Sony TV with Netflix, come only with your toothbrush and suitcase. Share with owner, second housemate and a rescue golden retriever (“Kiki”).
