Private room in a collaborative house for entrepreneurs and creatives!*
Hello everyone, I am looking for 2 other entrepreneurs, professional or creative that want to be part of a collaborative house downtown Montreal we can live, grow and support each other! Please read the description about the roomies for more info on the concept itself!
The townhouse boasts two large living rooms, a shared and creative office space (where we can cowork together and utilize its many whiteboards), a shared library/reading area (filled with everyone’s books), and a brand-new kitchen with a gas stove. Additionally, there are two lovely patios providing a stunning view of downtown Montreal, central AC, high ceilings, ample natural light, and a lot of cool arts. The house will be shared amongst 4-5 people and has 2 bathrooms. It is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from Atwater metro station and about ten minutes from Lionel Groulx. The rent for this fantastic living space is $950 + utilities.
The house is a vibrant place for creative, ambitious, and fun-loving people to grow both personally and professionally. Our goal is to be supportive of each other, exchange ideas from different perspectives and fields, develop healthy habits, and overall have a great time together!
*As we are moving in the townhouse on July first, I don’t have photos of the place furnished. All the picture prior to the picture “Growth House” are of the place I have the lease in Montreal, all the other ones are from the Vancouver houses I created to give you a reference for the vibe. I am in the process of gathering a diverse group of professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs who would be interested in forming a living community. We would share a lovely house and other amenities with each other, which will provide us with a space to share ideas, support each other, and have a good time working together.
I have already initiated and managed two similar houses in Vancouver, accommodating five to eleven people per house. Now, I am looking to start something similar in Montreal, and I am currently searching for two more like-minded people to move in by July 1st. Although the house is primarily targeted towards entrepreneurs or entrepreneurially oriented people, it is also for creative people and people who value wellness and personal growth!

**As for my background and personality: I come in from a very entrepreneurial background having startup a few non-profit organization in the sustainable development industry and worked at startup incubators and business events. I value wellness, empathy, growth and creativity a lot and these are values I am looking for in housemates! I spend my time assembling groups of people for work and for fun. I play tennis, workout a lot, love to dance hip/hop and dancehall, travel (I lived abroad for the past few years), read (a lot of non-fiction and some fiction) and meeting people. One thing I am learning right now is to be more compassionate while I’m developing the character needed to attain my goals. Let’s get on a call and learn about each other! :)
