Hey there!

I’ve got a room available for rent in my 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that I recently moved into, located in the friendly Trumpeter neighborhood (north west Edmonton just south of St. Albert). The house was built in 2022 and has a nice modern feel to it. Public transport is easy to access with on-demand buses nearby.

I live in the master bedroom and use the third room as my office. You’d get your own bathroom, but we’d share it occasionally when guests stay in the third room. We’ll just need to keep it clean for those situations. There’s space on the driveway for parking if you have a car.

I have a friendly dog, a 4-year-old Husky cross named Armani. He’s pretty chill and loves having company around. The house has a reading nook upstairs that’s great for studying or just relaxing with a book. We’ll also share the living room, which has a TV, and the large kitchen and dining area.

6 month or 12 month lease term. Furnished or non furnished.

I’m 27 and work for the railway, which means my schedule includes shift work with 12-hour shifts, weekends, and nights. I’m gay and have a partner who comes over a few times a week. I have the master bedroom. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, walking with Armani, watching TV, traveling, and getting to know new people. I also speak German fluently and a bit of French.
